Case 1:

Day 0—Diagnosis
Vomiting, poor appetite, and abdominal discomfort observed.

Case 2:
Day 0—Diagnosis
Poor appetite and low body weight,with visible skin yellowing.
Ultrasound revealed bile sludge accumulation, and biochemical tests showed elevated TBIL.
Week 1—Early Response
Liver function began to improve,and bile flow gradually normalized.
Week 3—Visible Improvement
Ultrasound showed significant clearance of bile sludge

Case 3:
Day 0—Diagnosis
Nausea,vomiting, picky eating, and reduced appetite observed.
Biochemical tests showed elevated ALT levels; ultrasound revealed bile sludge in the gallbladder, and pancreatitis markers were mildly elevated.
Week 3—Visible Improvement
Ultrasound showed a significant reduction of gallbladder sludge.
Vomiting subsided, appetite improved, stool color normalized, and overall condition recovered.
